Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all Muse Club tags still attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
